Well, of course, it was a formal event... but later in the evening, an Italian lady with a guitar starting playing all these random songs (a little Italian, a little Spanish, a little American... it was crazy!) - and singing them too! Well, of course there was some laughing and foot-shuffling among us for that, and then, the dam broke when one of the trustees' wives started dancing... as you can see, that was it, the party started! But everyone was laughing and joining in; I think everyone, students and trustees, was enjoying the lively atmosphere here in the wonderful spring evening air of Roma!
