Look at this crowd - looks nutty, right? Well, no actually, as I said, they were definitely excitable (at the end of Mass, for instance, there was pretty much a free-for-all of shouting and cheering) but during most of the Mass, and particularly the most solemn moments of the liturgy, you could hear a pin drop in that square. Amazing.
