The mosr I see pictures of Pope Benedict XVI, the more I think He look more regal and papal than John Paul II ever did. John Paul II hated the papal vesture because it "made Him too hot", I've been told. I've also heard that He wasn't into the Papal vesture, and didn't care about the liturgy either. Pity.
Thank God for Pope Benedict, who has a great interest in Papal attire, and is a stickler for liturgical perfection and anything that will enhance worship.
Talk is He will soon allow a complete return for the Tridentine Latin Mass.
Millions of good Catholics , young and old are praying for this!
