The Dominican church - the last place where St. Thomas Aquinas stayed before he left on his final journey, dying in the Cistercian abbey of Fossanova in France on the way to the Council of Lyon.

    Erm, I think you mean Fossanova in Italy. It's south of Rome.

    Yeah, yeah yeah - multiple people have kindly enlightened me on that. :) So how did his body end up in Toulouse then??

    According to this, his remains eventually made their way to Toulouse because it was the 'cradle of the Order'.
