We finally made it up the Aventine hill, and came to Santa Sabina's, the famed Dominican church and where St. Dominic stayed himself while in Rome. These are the famous wood-carved holy doors of the church, with amazing depictions of various Biblical scenes - of special note is the one in the far upper left (which is utterly impossible to see here, sorry, you'll have to go there yourself!) that shows the crucifixion of Christ, the oldest of its kind the guidebook said.
